Hannes Bieger - Scoria

This highly skilled and sought-after mixing engineer stepped up to dance music production and live performances to fully live out his passion for electronic music, turning his knowledge and experience in the studio as a major asset. His latest on Bedrock, the Stars EP, is a tasteful collection of 3 original tracks and a dub version of the title cut. While keeping with the chilled atmosphere of the EP, Scoria carries a mean bass-line nonetheless, driving the rhythm forward while synths and effects interact and intertwine as the main melody rises and falls.

Pascal FEOS - F&L

Techno veteran Pascal FEOS has been responsible for some very memorable tracks throughout his almost 3-decades-old career, keeping true to his roots and always looking to push the genre forward. He teams up with Bedrock to release The Big Reason EP, a huge record that includes F&L, a sonic overload that looks murky from afar, but once you get up close, turns into a wonderfully complex affair with a killer bassline.

Fairmont - Brothers Keeper

Canadian producer Fairmont combines bluesy vocals and tough, progressive techno with impressive results in Brothers Keeper, the opening track of his latest EP on Bedrock Records. By mixing these elements, he creates an immersive atmosphere that draws you in like a moth to flame.

Mono Electric Orchestra - Neutral Density

A nervous synth pattern, an evocative melody and dub sensitivities are the building blocks for Mono Electric Orchestra´s Neutral Density, part of the Louder Than Silence EP, released on Bedrock. Barry Jamieson has been involved in the evolution of electronic music since the 1980´s, both as a studio engineer and as a producer, and his latest release under the Mono Electric Orchestra moniker is a fine example of his mastery in sound exploration.

Martin Eyerer - El Circulo

For the Bedrock XX anniversary set, John Digweed recruited some of the most creative minds in techno music, resulting in an impressive collection of first-rate, cutting edge music made specifically for the occasion. Digweed then proceeded to compile and mix these tracks and produce two sessions of pure quality. Martin Eyerer was one of such artists, bringing his darkly melodic style of thundering techno, where arpeggio synth notes ride along the beats, in an epic nine-minute track.
