JoeFarr - Dedicate (Emmanuel Remix)

Wonderfully off-kilter, JoeFarr´s Dedicate is a testament to this producer´s unique view and style when crafting techno music, fusing all kinds of different elements to surround the catchy melody that leads the track. ARTS label owner Emmanuel gives the original a run for its money, delivering a solid remix that seems to drift in and out of consciousness.

Spektre - Without Warning

Tough, dark and melodic, Spektre´s Without Warning is techno as its most hypnotic, thanks to a thundering beat, heavenly synths, and enough reverb to drown a cathedral. Released as an EP by Voltage Records featuring two remixes by D-Deck and Thomas Schumacher.

Par Grindvik - Layday (Mark Broom Remix)

UK Techno label Sleaze Records celebrates its 10-year anniversary by releasing an EP with four of its most notorious tracks remixed by top producers. Among remixes of originals by Rebekah, Bas Mooy and Flug, there´s Mark Broom´s take on Layday, a 2014 track from Par Grindvik. Equal parts melodic journey and jacked-up techno workout, this remix is sure to keep you guessing right up to the end.

Dense & Pika and Melody´s Enemy - From Nothing

Dense & Pika collaborate with Melody´s Enemy once again to produce From Nothing, combining deep grooves with a solid beat and creating a killer track complete with some ominous vocals. Released by Kneaded Pains together with an excellent remix by Perc.

Sasha - Smoke Monk (VONDA7 6am Flight Remix)

The original version of Smoke Monk appeared in Sasha´s Fabric 99 mix earlier this year, a soothing, melodic tune that fit in nicely with the set´s vibe. On this occasion, versatile German producer and DJ VONDA7 lends her hand and reworks the tune by toughening up the beat, adding a swirling bassline and rearranging the melodic elements of the original, while keeping its dreamlike qualities intact.

The Advent - High Horse

Long-standing techno society member The Advent keeps bringing his distinctive style to new levels after more than 20 years bashing out beats, earning him a place high up among his peers and audiences around the globe. The Klockworks 22 EP brings us more of his energetic and atmospheric techno style, with opening cut High Horse delivering a hefty dose of jackin´ techno know-how.

Veerus and OC & Verde - Echota

Italian DJ and producer Veerus joins forces with Manchester duo OC & Verde to create Echota, part of the Wheel EP, released by Filth On Acid. The track´s techno beat is as tough as one would expect, with and added mysticism courtesy of very effectively used vocal samples and lots of reverberation, resulting in a massive, stratospheric sound.

Austen/scott - Space Taxi (Len Faki Hardspace Mix)

Berlin´s own Len Faki remixes Space Taxi, a 2016 tune from UK duo Austen/scott, beefing up the rhythm and giving the original a tougher stance, while keeping some elements like the vocal samples and the synth patterns, though with a slightly more psychedelic flavour.

SCB - Hexagon

Scuba crossed over into techno from the realm of dubstep, where he had made his fame with some excellent LP´s that showcased his surgeon´s precision when it came to crafting chilling, yet emotionally alluring, pieces of electronic music. He´s lent his touch to several techno productions by now, rising to the top of that genre as well and where he´s bound to stay if he keeps releasing tracks like Hexagon, as cold and deadly as an ice-pick made of ice.

SRVD - Elevate

Bouncing beats and a whole lot of echo and reverb make Elevate, a track from SRVD (a Radio Slave-Patrick Mason collaboration), feel ten miles high, a sensation aided by the repeating, mantra-like vocals. As hypnotic a tune as you´d expect from the likes of Radio Slave, taken from the EP of the same name released by Rekids.

Paride Saraceni - Mindrush

Paride Saraceni is a very prolific producer from London whose consistent output of releases have caught the attention of such artists as Adam Beyer, Monika Kruse, Carl Cox and Sven Väth, to name just a few. His Mindrush EP, on Tronic Music, delivers on his promise especially in the title track, a hypnotic and expansive techno cut that induces controlled madness with its Total Recall vocal sample.

Jon Hopkins - Everything Connected (Stephan Hinz Remix)

Earlier this year, Jon Hopkins released Singularity, his fifth studio album, another jaw-dropping collection of songs that add to his already impressive repertoire. Berlin producer Stephan Hinz takes the epic Everything Connected track off the LP and trims the edges, compresses the rhythm and confines the emotion to the breakdown.

Setaoc Mass - Torque

A mixture of tough beats and light pads in Setaoc Mass´ Torque leaves plenty of space to breathe, without diminishing the track´s urgency in any way. Released by Figure, the Flying Machine EP is the Manchester producer´s 4th outing with Len Faki´s label.

Jody Barr - Marlon Brando

Jody Barr began his rise as producer in 2015, catching the ears of many of the world´s top DJs, including Sasha, who released the Marlon Brando EP on his Last Night on Earth imprint. With a solid beat and haunting notes, the title track builds up towards a fat, juicy riff, driving it forward and infusing it with an infectious groove.

Alan Fitzpatrick - System Addict

Continuing down the illustrious path he´s taken as a techno DJ and producer, Alan Fitzpatrick brings us System Addict, a track that fuses relentless techno beats with the club stylings of house and results in a shimmering, unstoppable monster of a tune, part of the EP by the same name and released by Unknown To The Unknown. Do not be fooled by the gentle pads and melodies that sometimes take over, they will be eventually drowned by the power of this track.
